A non-profit, mutual benefit association affiliated with the National AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) whose purpose is to promote model building and flying as a recreational pastime and to promote interest in all facets of aviation.
The flying field is located on Harshman, north of Green Acres Trailer Court, west of the 287 bypass, east of the middle school. Use Harshman to enter and turn right at the Flying Area signs.
Seven days a week, sunup until sunset.
Note: For the safety and enjoyment of all, new pilots should NOT fly except under the direct supervision of a club instructor. Rawlins Prop Nuts club membership and AMA membership are preferred but not required.
